Took this to the Bahamas! Worked great for the money! I looked at many types and went for this one. Glad I did. It did what I wanted and was cheap! Got lots of good underwater footage! Get it!!! Cons. Couldn,t see screen well when using in bright light. Just aim aim and shoot. Works fine.

Will not charge EP096FL, August 19, 2006

This unit will not charge my EP096FL RCA battery. It acts as though the battery is at full charge. I have just put the battery on the original RCA charger and it has been charging for 20 minutes and is still going. This unit has some sensor problems with this model of battery. In summary, for my purposes, this charger is worthless. Good-bye $$$$.

This charger will not charge my Lenmar Battery RHB66. I even bought a new Lenmar battery to see if the old battery was the problem and it will not charge that one either. I would not recommend this charger.

I ordered 2 of these Batts a few days ago and received them fairly quick. They are the correct battery for the DVX-100 HVX-200 cameras. However, I feel somewhat cheated and mislead because I payed 35 dollars a piece for these batteries thinking I will get the Lenmar brand. Do not be fooled, these batteries are generic brand NOT LENMAR! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM IF YOU ARE INTENT ON LENMAR BRAND.

Used for Panasonix DVX-100B, September 9, 2007

Purchsed 2 of these for my DVX-100B. Used them at a full day and evening shoot and they worked just as well as the Panasonic battery. With the stock battery and two Lenmars, I still had power to spare after capturing about five and a half hours of video with the camera on standby for about twice that time.

Just decent batteries, March 23, 2010

Ok. To start out I want to say these aren’t bad batteries. I DID in fact get Lenmar brand batteries (unlike a previous buyer claims), although, they do not last as long as the Panasonic version. I purchased 2 of these batteries. The first day I used them was for a sports event. I was on the go the whole day (11 hr shoot day). With most of the day consumed by my Panasonic battery, I wasn’t able to test the power of both new batteries in one day. I WILL say that they don’t last as long, but DID hold up very well for the price. Because of that I would buy more of them. On my HVX-200A the first battery lasted around 3 1/2 hrs. Maybe 4. I would say around 1/2 the battery life from my Panasonic battery. Maybe more. All and all, I would recommend them to a friend and will be making another purchase with this brand as long as they stand the test of time. This review will probably be irrelevant by then. They’ll have longer lasting and better batteries I’m sure. The price is what has kept me…

Powerful Charger, November 11, 2008

I’ve had a lot of battery chargers for different items, and this one is probably one of the fastest to date. I own two batteries, one compact and one extended life for my JVC Everio Camcorder; they both charge in a super-fast and unusually cool manner.

That’s right, finally there is a battery charger that doesn’t make the batteries so hot that you cannot take them directly from the charger to the item you wish to use. This is a great investment and a more reliable way to charge your batteries!

An everio hard disc must….., May 29, 2007

Excellent accesory. Just consider that in 30 gb you have 7 hrs. in the highest quality recording (in the lowest more than 30). The batteries last between 1 up to 4 hrs). You defenitly need to charge several batteries at a time.

Works great on Panasonic PV-GS320, but a little pricey, November 29, 2008

Pros:

- This Lenmar LIP21 battery has worked great with my Panasonic PV-GS320, no charging issues at all.

- Has routinely worked fine for 5 or more hours on a charge. Non-original manufacturer batteries typically don’t last as long on a charge, so this battery has been a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

- Kinda pricey. I also purchased a Digital Concepts BP-DU21-R (from Amazon) for 1/4 the price, and it has worked just as flawlessly.

- It is a large battery, so will add a bit of weight to your camcorder. But given the increase in hours per charge over the panasonic included battery, the benefit is well worth the extra weight. You can also compromise and buy the LIP14 to reduce the weight a little for a “medium” hours-per-charge, but for me, the weight of the LIP21 is just fine.

Camcorder Battery – for minidv camera, January 5, 2011

I haven’t used the battery very long. It is a larger battery than the previous battery making the camera a little heavier, but it worked well with my camera. I can use the old charger that came with the camera and it gives me at least 2 more hours of recording time. The price was great considering the fact that a two hour battery was going to cost me more than this 4-6 hour battery. I am happy with the purchase so far. I did not want to spend much for the battery replacement, since video is moving to HD.
